Who We Are
Founded in 1995, JBRplas is a one-stop plastic mold factory based in Shenzhen, China, serving OEM clients across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We specialize in precision plastic injection mold manufacturing and high-volume injection molding under a single roof — eliminating the complexity and cost of managing multiple suppliers.
Over 30 years, we have delivered more than 3000 molds and 2000 million molded parts to clients in the automotive, medical device, consumer electronics, and home appliance industries.

Engineering-Led Approach
Our process starts with our engineering team, not the shop floor. Every project begins with a thorough Design for Manufacturability review so problems are solved on screen — not after steel is cut. We support SolidWorks, UG NX, and Pro/E file formats.
Transparent Lead Times
We quote realistic lead times and hold to them. Standard T1 samples are delivered in 3–4 weeks from design sign-off. Production parts ship on the schedule we commit to.
Quality You Can Verify
Every mold is inspected with CMM coordinate measuring machines before first shots are pulled. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and PPAP documentation are available for all production programs.
