Manual & Semi-Automated Assembly

Our assembly lines handle product sub-assemblies from two-component snap-fits to multi-part mechanisms with metal inserts, springs, and printed components.

Insert Installation

Every part and assembly is inspected under standardized lighting for:

Surface defects (sink marks, flow lines, weld lines, flash, short shots)
Colour match against approved colour standard
Assembly completeness and correctness
Label and marking accuracy

Dimensional Inspection

CMM coordinate measuring for critical dimensions
Go / no-go gauge verification for functional interfaces
AQL statistical sampling per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, Level II

Functional Testing

Functional testing programs are available including:

Snap and release force testing
Fluid pressure / leak testing (pressurized or vacuum)
IP rating verification (spray test, immersion)
Electrical continuity testing for embedded components

All export documentation is prepared in-house, including commercial invoice, packing list, and country-of-origin certificate. HS code classification assistance is included.
