What to Include for the Fastest Response
The more detail you provide, the more accurate and useful our first response will be. Ideally, include:
Files
- 3D model — STEP format preferred; also IGES, SolidWorks (.sldprt), UG NX (.prt), Pro/E (.prt)
- 2D drawing — PDF or DXF with critical dimensions and tolerances called out
- Reference samples — if you have an existing part you need matched, a photo and dimensions are helpful
Project Requirements
- Material — resin type and grade if known; application requirements if not (we will recommend)
- Surface finish — cosmetic requirements, texture, colour
- Annual volume — pieces per year (this determines single vs multi-cavity tooling)
- Required lead time — target date for T1 samples and production start
- Delivery destination — country and Incoterms preference (FOB, DDP, CIF)
- Quality requirements — standard commercial, automotive (PPAP), medical (FAI + traceability), or other

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a minimum order quantity? No formal MOQ. We quote prototype quantities from 500 pieces and production programs at any volume. Tooling economics favour volumes above 10,000 pieces per year.
How long does tooling take? Standard single-cavity mold: T1 samples in 18–22 business days from design approval. Multi-cavity or hot runner: 25–35 business days. We commit to a specific date at the time of order.
Is the DFM review really free? Yes — completely free, with no obligation to proceed. We believe the DFM review is part of being a good engineering partner. You get a written report on your part design; we get a chance to demonstrate our capabilities.
Do you accept NDA? Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before sharing any project-specific information. Most clients request this and we consider it standard practice.
Can I visit your factory? Yes. Customer factory audits are welcome. Most clients visit Shenzhen once before placing their first significant production order. Contact us to arrange.
Do you export molds? Yes. We regularly export production molds to clients in the US, Europe, and Australia. Molds are prepared for export with rust-prevention treatment, wood crating, and full export documentation.
